Subscription for registered agent services for insurers doing business in the District of Columbia.

New clients pay an initial fee of only $150.00 for the first year. Renewal every year after that is $100 for companies that were not served with process in the preceding year, and $150 for companies that were served with process in the preceding year.

For your annual fee, you will receive:

• All received process forwarded by overnight mail
• A yearly statement listing all process received and any relevant docket information

On occasion, our office has made court appearances for clients, but that representation must be entered into separately.  An appointment of agent for service of process covers only the receipt of legal process and does not authorize us to represent you in any other manner, as attorney or otherwise, without a separate retainer agreement.
